For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card and Care Credit. Care Credit provides a wide range of payment options including financing with no initial payment and a monthly installment plan with no interest for up to 18 months. Please call the office to receive more information about Care Credit or other methods of payment.
Insurance Information
Our office will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
If you have any questions or problems, please speak to a member of our staff. They are well informed and up to date on many aspects of insurance. If they do not know the answer to a specific question, they will try diligently to find the answer.
